Growing up with a good financial up bring, Richard, knew early on that money was important. In the late 1990s, Scott McElhaney, a recent college grad and recruiter, read Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad, Poor Dad." The book's central theme, making money work for you, resonated with Scott and one that he has carried through his Real Estate career.
As young newlyweds, Scott and his wife Lisa ventured into flipping homes, starting with bathroom and kitchen remodels. A decade later, they were building luxury spec homes.
As their family grew, they leaped and transitioned to buying commercial real estate properties. Out of love of food, they purchased mainly restaurants and retail asset classes, but true to their life's goal, to not trade time for money, they wanted a business that gave them the freedom to spend time with their family. Today, they have more time for their family while working on their real estate portfolio.

After a defining moment as a teen from East Texas, Chris Arnold set out to get his masters in theology. Finishing up grad school, he was conflicted to either follow his vocation or enter the business world. He decided to take some time and travel the world, visiting Italy, Greece, Uganda, Kenya, Egypt, India, Thailand, and Turkey. Upon return, he had influences that encouraged his direction toward real estate.
For 15 years, Chris has been building his real estate businesses. As those businesses grew, so did his deep value for four freedoms; time, resources, thought, and location. He came to understand that he could run a profitable business, live the life he wanted, and serve others. He now lives out his dream in Tulum, Mexico, all his real estate businesses run virtually, and he fulfills his vocation of helping others through his online coaching programs.
